While we’ve reduced many expenses, essential infrastructure costs like maps and servers are necessary for smooth daily operations. To support Finch and our commitment to zero-commission rides and 100% direct payment, we’ve introduced Finch Plans.
Available in our Driver app, these plans—Daily Unlimited and Daily Per Trip—are more affordable than those of other aggregators and align with our principle of transparency. We remain dedicated to zero-commission rides and direct payments.
With your subscription, you can:
- Take rides and access all existing and new Finch features as before.
- Receive payments directly from customers with no commission.
Additionally, with the Daily Unlimited plan, you won’t be charged if you complete fewer than 2 rides in a day!
You can cancel your subscription at any time by disabling Autopay in the Finch Partner app. After cancellation, you'll switch to the manual payment plan, allowing you to continue taking rides until you reach your credit limit.
No, there will be no changes to how payments are made from riders to drivers. You will keep receiving direct payments from riders through UPI or cash to your account.
